Our 60-hour Online Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course is designed for students who prefer a flexible, self-paced learning experience while meeting Hawaii’s state education requirements.

This fully online program covers all required real estate principles and practices needed to prepare for both the national and Hawaii-specific portions of the real estate licensing exam. The course is structured to guide students through the material clearly and efficiently, with built-in assessments to support comprehension and exam readiness.

Upon successful completion of the course, students will satisfy the state-required 60-hour pre-licensing education requirement and be eligible to proceed with the Hawaii Real Estate Salesperson licensing process.
Our 8-week in-person Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course is designed to guide students step-by-step through the process of becoming a licensed Hawaii Real Estate Salesperson.

This program includes the state-required minimum 60 hours of real estate education, plus additional structured time dedicated to exam preparation. Students will receive clear instruction on both the national and Hawaii-specific portions of the licensing exam, with practical guidance to build confidence and understanding throughout the course.

Upon successful completion of the program, students will meet the educational requirements to apply for and obtain a Hawaii Real Estate Salesperson license.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Chapter 467 and Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) Chapter 99, licensed real estate salespersons and brokers are required to complete continuing education credit hours during each biennial license renewal period in order to maintain an active real estate license in Hawaii.
