
About Us
Hawaii Real Estate License School is a real estate school registered with the State of Hawaiʻi to provide approved real estate education in accordance with Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes Chapter 467 and applicable Hawaiʻi Administrative Rules.
The school offers state-registered pre-licensing education for real estate salesperson candidates, as well as continuing education programs and licensing examination preparation for real estate licensees and applicants.

Completion of coursework does not guarantee passage of the licensing examination or licensure, which remain subject to the requirements of the Hawaiʻi Real Estate Commission and the PSI examination provider.

Path to Hawaiʻi Real Estate Licensure
Hawaii Real Estate License School is a real estate school registered with the State of Hawaiʻi and authorized to provide pre-licensing education for real estate salesperson applicants in accordance with Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes Chapter 467 and applicable Hawaiʻi Administrative Rules.
The school offers instruction intended to prepare students for the national (uniform) and state portions of the Hawaiʻi real estate licensing examination. Completion of the course does not guarantee passage of any examination or issuance of a real estate license.
Step 1: Complete the State-Registered Pre-Licensing Course
Applicants for a real estate salesperson license must successfully complete a 60-hour State-Registered Pre-Licensing Real Estate Salesperson Course through an approved real estate school.

In-Class Examination Requirements
Upon successful completion of the pre-licensing course, students must take the Hawaiʻi Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Examination administered by PSI.

Students have two (2) years from the date of issuance of the course completion certificate to pass the PSI examination
-
Both the national (uniform) and state portions require a minimum passing score of 70%
Failure to pass the PSI examination within the required time period may require re-completion of pre-licensing education.
