In Person Classes
In-Person Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course
Our in-person program is designed for students who value structure, interaction, and guided learning. This part-time course is delivered over approximately 8–9 weeks, allowing you to build a strong foundation while balancing your existing schedule.
Classes are held on:

Wednesdays & Thursdays: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Saturdays: 3:30 PM – 6:45 PM
This format provides a consistent and supportive learning environment with direct access to your instructor and fellow students.
Program Expectations
To maximize your success, students should plan for:
