Hawai‘i Real Estate Continuing Education Requirements
To maintain an active real estate license in Hawai‘i, licensees must complete continuing education during each renewal cycle in accordance with the Hawaii Real Estate Commission.
Current Requirements:

Total Hours Required: 20 hours every 2 years

Core Course: 1 mandatory course (updated each biennium by the Commission)

Elective Courses: Remaining hours must be completed through approved elective CE classes

Deadline: Must be completed prior to license renewal expiration
